We are seeking a
detail-oriented HSE & Compliance Administrator to support fleet
registrations, transportation compliance, driver monitoring, and HSE
administration for our growing organization.
Key
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and maintain vehicle
registrations, permits, and compliance requirements across Canada and the
United States. - Administer IRP, IFTA, provincial and state
registrations, permits, imports, and license plate management. - Maintain accurate fleet compliance
documentation and records. - Conduct driver logbook audits and support
compliance with regulatory requirements. - Provide support and troubleshooting for
Motive electronic logging systems. - Generate and maintain compliance, safety,
and fleet-related reports. - Assist with driver files, training
records, and compliance databases. - Support HSE data collection, reporting,
and administrative processes. - Provide backup support for EBS work order
processes and other administrative duties as required.
Qualifications
& Experience
- Minimum 2 years of administrative,
compliance, fleet, transportation, or HSE-related experience. - Experience with commercial vehicle
registrations, permits, and fleet compliance is required. - Experience in transportation, oilfield
services, trucking, or fleet compliance environments is preferred. - Experience with Motive electronic logging
systems is considered an asset. - Familiarity with IRP, IFTA, vehicle
registrations, and transportation regulations is an asset. - Strong Microsoft Office skills,
particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook. - Experience with registries, databases, and
electronic record management systems. - Excellent attention to detail,
organization, and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and in a
team environment while managing multiple priorities.
