We are seeking a
detail-oriented HSE & Compliance Administrator to support fleet
registrations, transportation compliance, driver monitoring, and HSE
administration for our growing organization.

 

Key
Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and maintain vehicle
    registrations, permits, and compliance requirements across Canada and the
    United States.
  • Administer IRP, IFTA, provincial and state
    registrations, permits, imports, and license plate management.
  • Maintain accurate fleet compliance
    documentation and records.
  • Conduct driver logbook audits and support
    compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide support and troubleshooting for
    Motive electronic logging systems.
  • Generate and maintain compliance, safety,
    and fleet-related reports.
  • Assist with driver files, training
    records, and compliance databases.
  • Support HSE data collection, reporting,
    and administrative processes.
  • Provide backup support for EBS work order
    processes and other administrative duties as required.

 

Qualifications
& Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of administrative,
    compliance, fleet, transportation, or HSE-related experience.
  • Experience with commercial vehicle
    registrations, permits, and fleet compliance is required.
  • Experience in transportation, oilfield
    services, trucking, or fleet compliance environments is preferred.
  • Experience with Motive electronic logging
    systems is considered an asset.
  • Familiarity with IRP, IFTA, vehicle
    registrations, and transportation regulations is an asset.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills,
    particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Experience with registries, databases, and
    electronic record management systems.
  • Excellent attention to detail,
    organization, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a
    team environment while managing multiple priorities.
